We will dive into abstract art definition and history and understand how we practice mindfulness and meditation while painting. We will follow five easy steps to create a successful abstract painting. Explore colors and how they affect our mood and psychological and physical states. And how all this helps us clear our minds, regain our balance and feel more grounded. My objective is to deepen the participants’ understanding of the importance of abstract art and free expression through painting and colors.
